We research taxes on any property you would like us to, including calling the tax assessor to help give you an idea on what the taxes will be after you purchase the home.
We prepare a complete market analysis on any property you are considering making an offer on, giving you information on similar properties that have closed and are currently for sale. This will enable you to make an informed decision on what price to offer.
